The bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe with large storage area a 27'' HDTV with UK channels, electric shutters electric safe and dressing table. The lounge and bedroom lead to a good sized extended patio on ground floor with eating area and boasts a spectacular sea view. The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes towels and linen.
El Nautico's facilities include bar with attached reading room, seafront cafeteria offering tapas and sandwiches, gymnasium, sauna, and Turkish steam room. The heated pool is set in landscaped garden area overlooking the ocean and is for the exclusive use of clients staying on the complex. Coast/Beach
There is a small local beach 100 metres away but the beaches of El Medano and Los Cristianos/Las Americas are a short ride away.
Golf
The main golf course in Golf del Sur is 10 mins walk away. It is a championship 27 hole course and is maticulously maintained. Closer still is the Amarilla Golf just 5 mins walk from the apartment.
Travel
South airport is 5km from Reina Sofia airport, car hire is easily available but not necessary.
Distances
Located in the centre of Golf del Sur with San Miguel 10 minutes drive away. San Blas is 10 minutes walk. Las Abrigos is a local fishing village 10 minutes drive away.

5 minutes walk is San Blas shopping facility with banking, dining and supermarket outlets. There are some great bars as well. Lesuire and sporting activies possible include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, windsurfing and lawn bowls.
Children welcome, pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair accessible. Secured underground car parking. Although the accommodation is described as self catering, the facilities offered are to the standard of a 4 or 5 star hotel,with a 24hour manned reception.
